FROM CONCEPT TO PLATFORM
Caesari
Building a visual identity for a trading company where Roman heritage meets modern technology.

The challenge
Bridging Two Worlds
Caesari needed a visual identity that felt deeply rooted in Roman heritage while communicating innovation, algorithmic thinking and modern software development.
The challenge was finding a way to connect these seemingly opposite worlds without relying on clichés from either finance or technology.
BUILDING A VISUAL WORLD
Coding the
Roman Empire
To strengthen the connection between technology and heritage, I created a series of custom artworks specifically for the website.
Roman sculptures were combined with network structures inspired by code, algorithms and data systems. Each piece became part of a larger narrative rather than serving as decoration alone.

FROM SKETCH TO SCREEN
Building the Foundation
Every major design decision started long before the final interface.
Wireframes, sketches and content structures helped define the user journey before visual design began. This foundation made it possible to create a website that feels both visually striking and intuitive to navigate.

EVERY IMAGE HAS A ROLE
A Story Across the Site
Each artwork was designed for a specific part of the user journey.
-
Caesar represents vision, leadership and strategic thinking.
-
The Full Figure represents the people behind the company and appears throughout About and Career.
-
The Stone Fragment symbolizes resilience, ambition and pushing beyond limitations.
Together, these elements create a consistent narrative across the entire platform.

DESIGNED TO RESPOND
Bringing the Artwork to Life
The network structures were animated through custom hover interactions, creating subtle moments of discovery throughout the website.
These interactions reinforce the idea of living systems, constant movement and technological innovation while making the experience feel more engaging and memorable.

SETTING THE RULES
Keeping the brand on course.
More than a logo guide, this system defined how the brand should behave across digital products, presentations and data visualisations.

BEYOND THE WEBSITE
Extending the Brand
As the company grew, the visual identity expanded into a custom presentation system.
The template was designed to communicate complex technical concepts while maintaining the same visual language found throughout the website and brand identity.
